II. DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES

Your personal data will be stored securely, in accordance with our security policy, for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is processed. Access to your personal data will be limited to persons authorised by the controller to process personal data in accordance with the controller’s security policy and, where applicable, processors appointed by the controller who process personal data on the controller’s instructions and on its behalf.

 

III. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete personal data. Exercising this right will help us to keep your personal data accurate and up to date.

We will respond to your request concerning the processing of personal data without undue delay and, in any event, within one month of receipt. In specific cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, but we will in any event inform you of the reasons for the extension within one month of receiving your request. Information is provided free of charge. However, if your requests are excessive or repetitive, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee for handling them.
